THE PAACS ALUMNI NEWSLETTER
This biannual newsletter is exclusively devoted to our PAACS graduates serving both as an encouragement to them and praising what God is doing in each of their lives. The newsletter is edited by Thomas C. Robey, MD — and may be reached by email: email@example.com
Newsletter: Vol. 1 (April 2015)
Welcome to the first edition of the PAACS Alumni Newsletter celebrating the St Luke’s PAACS Alumni Surgical Society. In this issue, we focus on Dr Aiah Lebbie, a pediatric surgeon in Sierra Leone, and Dr Jacques Ebhele, one of our newest PAACS graduates in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Praise God for their stories and the journeys they have embarked upon.
Newsletter: Vol. 2 (Oct 2015)
In this issue, we focus on Dr. Jack Barasa, one of our first PAACS graduates to be serving as an Assistant Program Director in Kijabe, Kenya and Dr. Jean Claude Bataneni, a PAACS general surgeon serving in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) as a missionary surgeon. We also highlight the surgical equipment needs of PAACS alumni.
Newsletter: Vol. 3 (April 2016)
In this issue, we introduce two more of our graduates, Dr. Heuric Rakotomalala and Dr. Gerald Ewen, who have each taken their PAACS training and returned to their native countries to better the surgical care and share the love of Christ with their fellow countrymen. Join us in praising the Lord for the work both of these men are doing in Cameroon and Madagascar.
Newsletter: Vol. 4 (Oct 2016)
Welcome to the 4th edition of the PAACS Alumni Newsletter, which celebrates our PAACS alumni and their service throughout Africa. This month we feature Dr. Tewodros Tamiru and Dr. Chukwudi Okorie, both of whom are mentoring and teaching future surgical leaders in their home countries of Ethiopia and Nigeria.
Newsletter: Vol. 5 (April 2017)
Welcome to the 5th edition of the PAACS Alumni Newsletter. As of the first of the year, PAACS now has 62 graduates serving throughout Africa in 19 countries. Praise the Lord!
